What we do

From the first set of plans to the last filter change.

Air conditioning and mechanical services, as the subcontractor on the job: HVAC, piping, controls, and sheet metal under one contract. High-rise, hospitality, retail, office, restaurants, warehouses. For general contractors who need a sub they can count on, and owners who need the building to keep running after the build.

Meet

Father & Son.
Denis & Denis.

Two generations. One name. One commitment to quality.

The D in D&D is a father and the other D is his son. When you hire us, the people who own the company are the people on your roof. That is why the work gets done right, and why we answer the phone.

On site

Part of our crew. All of our work.

Not stock photos. Denis and Denis up front, and part of the crew that works beside them, badged and on site at 7 am on a Miami Beach tower, running line sets and hanging units while five other trades work around them.

How it works

No mystery, bid to closeout.

  1. 01

    Plans in

Send the drawings and the schedule. For a service call, tell us the building, the unit, and what it is doing.

  2. 02

    Bid back fast

A clear scope, a clear price, and our questions up front. On service, a flat diagnostic fee stated before we roll.

  3. 03

    Staffed and coordinated

Submittals on time, RFIs answered, crew sized to the schedule. Change orders in writing before the work, never after.

  4. 04

    Closeout and after

Start-up, test and balance support, as-builts, warranty in writing. Then service and maintenance for as long as the building stands.

Our promise

The things project managers and supers wish every mechanical subcontractor did.

  • Crew that shows up. Sized to the schedule, badged, and on site when the day starts.
  • Dates we commit to in writing. If something moves, you hear it from us first, not from the schedule.
  • Paperwork that keeps up. Submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay apps on time and in order.
  • Price before work. On service calls, written and itemized before a single panel comes off.
  • No pressure to replace. If a repair will hold, we say so and we put it in writing.
  • Written warranty. On parts, on labor, on every install. You keep a copy.

Questions people actually ask

The honest answers.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. License and insurance certificates go out with every bid, and we can send them to your prequalification contact before that if you need them.

What size projects do you take?

Tenant build-outs up to high-rise towers. The photos on this page are from a tower on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. If you are not sure we are the right size for your job, send the plans and we will tell you.

Do you travel outside Florida?

Yes. We have worked across the USA and still do for the right project. Florida is home and where most of our crews are today, so Florida jobs get the fastest start.

How fast can you bid?

Days, not weeks, on most commercial scopes. Send the drawings and your bid date and we will tell you the same day whether we can make it.

Do you service buildings you did not build?

Yes. The first visit is a condition survey of every unit: what it is, how old it is, what it needs. From there you get a plan, a price per visit, and a record for each unit from day one.

How fast can you be on site for an emergency?

No-cool and no-heat calls get same-day service when you call before noon. Agreement customers get priority and a 24-hour line. Either way, you get a real arrival window, not a promise.

Will you disrupt a building that is open?

We schedule around your hours. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are normal for us, and crane days are planned with you weeks ahead.

Request a bid or site visit

Tell us about the project or the building. We take it from there.

Send this and we reply within one business day with next steps. Building down right now? The phone is faster.
